By purchasing this ticket, the visitor unconditionally accepts the rules of the organizers, the rules and conditions for using www.sun.com.mk and the rules of conduct at the place where the event takes place.

Only with a ticket purchased from official distributors and online at www.sun.com.mk will you be allowed to enter the event. The ticket is valid for one person and allows only one entry. The visitor is obliged to bring the ticket with him during the event.

The visitor and his personal belongings will be inspected at the entrance of the event for personal and collective safety. It is forbidden to insert flags and banners with club or other markings and contents, as well as with illegal content (nationalist, racist, Nazi and similar messages and markings).

The importation of pyrotechnics, explosives, weapons and anything else that may endanger safety and security is prohibited.
Food and beverages are prohibited.
It is forbidden for persons under 18 years of age to enter after 00:00.
If the event is held indoors, smoking is prohibited in accordance with the Law on Protection from Smoking.

The organizer has the right to remove the visitor if he violates the rules or if he considers that he is a threat to the maintenance, safety and security of the event
Forgery and unauthorized sale of tickets is a crime punishable by law.

The purchased ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or handed over to another person. If the buyer relinquishes his ticket (in printed form or by forwarding the ticket to another person) the only valid will be the ticket that will be first registered through the control system and records at the entrance of the hall where the event is held.

If the event is canceled, the organizer has the right to define the reimbursement terms (including the reduction of the ticket price for relocation). Any change of program, change of schedule, etc., is not a reason for replacement or compensation.
